Wow I don’t know who broke this man’s heart (the owner)cause he doesn’t seem to care about anything, not how his shop looks, not about clients with questions, appointments? Don’t even make one. They’ll arrive at whatever time it suits them anyway. I feel bad for the two Spanish employees because they could clearly be making more money elsewhere. They were there at the time of my appointment and told me I had to wait for the owner because they couldn’t move forward with what I needed without him there. So I waited an hour by the time the right people arrived of course I’m upset because there was no communication and no sorry for being late or anything. Just a “have you been helped”. The other guy waiting on them who was also on time for his appointment had to wait for them to finish working on my car because they didn’t have another device available for him! Imagine waiting an hour and then being told to go home because they don’t have what they need to complete a job! Once he starts working on the car he starts making jokes like “now comes the fun part, you ready?” and then tells me how much I have to pay and the owner is giggling about the comment. I’ve never left a review and am usually not one to complain but from my amp dangling by 2 screws to the positive things touching the negative ones these professionals got it down ensuring the safety of my back passengers by leaving all the seat post bolts not even hand tight all for a light 1,500 dollars you can personally redo their mess up’s and have a good laugh with a buddy while doing it Not to mention the backwards wiring nearly blew one of the subs and made my cab smell could’ve burnt the truck down the amp was not mounted on a flat surface even though there was a flat surface right next to it. definitely not accessible and the only thing extreme about the place was the money paid no wonder why they don’t want me seeing what they are doing so if your looking for something professional take your car or truck somewhere else because the lack of accountability they take and excuses they make is purely insane giving me $60 bucks back for gas to come back and get the job done that was supposed to be done that day I will never go back and will never suggest this place to anybody

Extreme Audio put a beautiful custom bass package in my GS daily driver. Couldn't be happier with the sound of with the look. Whatever you need, these guys will do you right and the service is awesome! They refuse to let me leave until I was 100% satisfied. Definitely recommend

I would like to take a minute and give credit when credits due. The guys at extreme audio on E. Colonial Dr. are fantastic understanding lenient, and are out to help if you’re looking for a small stereo system for your Maserati or just for your Honda just because you want it to be louder or even if you’re frustrated because you had caught a DUI and you weren’t realizing all the headache that it brings with it And you have to have that blow machine in your car called the Smart Start that is your place one stop shop to go. They’re very friendly nice and cheap. Have a beautiful lobby with a fish tank or soda machine. Customer service from one to 10 I have to Give 11 I’m not even exaggerating. I’ve been dealing with this stereo shop for going on about three years and I wouldn’t go to anybody else but them not even the dealership just word to the wise LGBTQ communities welcome stop in and check out their stuff. Trust me and take my word for it.
